My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were big and clean, but unfortunately flooded with feces water, damaging our brand new shoes and clothes. The location was good, close to Brickell, but lacked any view as our room was situated right above the roof of the lower building. Service was a letdown with rude and unfriendly staff, plus knowing someone got stuck in the elevator. The dining experience was mediocre, with limited options and a joke of coffee and waffles. Despite the flaws, the hotel had potential and was in need of repair.
